We are pleased to share that I-Yen Chang, a member of the Preston Technology team, has officially been certified as a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer by Malaysia’s Human Resource Development Corporation.

This recognition reflects Preston’s continued commitment to supporting Malaysia’s industrial transformation — not only through technology solutions but also through meaningful knowledge sharing grounded in real production experience.

While Preston Technology is not a registered training provider, this accreditation qualifies Chang I-Yen to deliver HRD Corp-claimable training in collaboration with approved training providers or registered employers. His areas of focus include:

• MES implementation for SMEs
• Smart press workstation integration and quality control
• Practical applications of Industry 4.0 tools in assembly and production environments

This milestone also aligns with Malaysia’s broader push under Industry4WRD, the Twelfth Malaysia Plan, and TVET-industry collaboration, all of which emphasise workforce readiness and digital capability development.
