31 Dec 2025 – ATAP guidelines will be published on the ST website
1 Jan 2026 – Application window opens via SEDA Malaysia
ST (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) shared that they’re in the final stage of fine-tuning the programme, which is why the rollout is shifted slightly.
