The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (HASiL) has officially introduced its e-Ansuran income tax installment payment service, effective 5 March 2025. The new digital initiative aims to simplify the process for taxpayers to settle outstanding income tax balance and arrears.

Taxpayers can apply via the MyTax portal (https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/). Applications will be automatically approved without supporting documents.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum amount: RM300.00
• Installment plans range from two (2) to six (6) payments
• Applies to income tax and any applicable surcharges
• Not available for existing installment schemes

Important Notes:

• Cancellations must be processed in-person at HASiL branch offices.
• The service is designed for faster, hassle-free tax settlements.

HASiL encourages taxpayers to utilise e-Ansuran for a more convenient way to manage tax payments and fulfil tax obligations.
