IT Support and System Administration - Perform day-to-day technical administration activities - Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of basic hardware, software and connectivity issues. - Perform routine health checks on systems 3. Documentation and Reporting - Update and maintain basic IT documentation - Record and report the project progress & issues encountered.
