Nasi Goreng Petai Legend is a bold and aromatic variation of fried rice featuring petai (also known as stink beans or bitter beans) ~ a distinctive ingredients prized in Southeast Asians cuisine, especially in Malaysia, Indonesia and southern Thailand.

- Petai : Petai beans (stink beans) have a strong, unique aroma and a slightly bitter taste that can be polarizing but is deeply appreciated by fans. They're believed to have health benefits, such as improving digestion and acting as a natural detoxifier.
- Rice : We are using Basmathi Rice for our Nasi Goreng Petai Legend.
- Aromatics : Garlic, shallots, chilli paste and anchovies are stir-fried as the flavor foundation.
- Proteins : Commonly combined with shrimps, anchovies (ikan bilis), or chicken for extra umami.
- Sauces : Slightly sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and sometimes sambal or sambal belacan (fermented shrimp paste) for depth.
