• Warranty:
  • No warranty on existing piping.
• Alterations:
  • Any alteration or shifting of existing pipes will incur additional charges.
• Pressure Testing:
  • Available upon request, at an extra charge.

Replacement Warranty

• Compressor: 5 years.
• Spare Parts: 1 year.
• Installation Workmanship: 1 year (limited).
• Exclusions:
  • Gas leaks at CU/FCU joints, water leaks due to lack of servicing, condensation from material wear and tear.

  • Insulation: 1/2″ K Flex PSB Certified Class O (from Italy).
  • Copper Piping: 22 SWG, 0.71mm thickness (Source 1 Brand, USA).
  • Trunking: Litaflex UPVC (from Singapore).
  • Wire Cables: Sigma / Keystone (from Singapore).
  • Drain Pipe: Litaflex 16mm UPVC (from Singapore).

Standard Installation Warranty

• Compressor: 5 years.
• Spare Parts: 1 year.
• Workmanship: 1 year (full coverage).
• Exclusions:
  • No coverage for leaks due to lack of servicing.
