The Rosso L'Appassione by Sartori di Verona is a wine produced in the suggestive lands of the Tre Venezie, where the vineyards grow on clay, limestone and alluvial soils. It is obtained from a blend of selected grapes: Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine represents a classic expression of the local and international varieties grown in this renowned Italian wine region.
The grapes, hand-picked and carefully selected, are left to dry in plastic crates in ventilated environments. After a long fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine is refined in cement tanks, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation. It then rests for several months in oak barrels of various sizes to give complexity and structure to the final product.
