We successfully contributed to the construction of a Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) Plant within an existing paper mill located in Bhadrachalam, India. This project highlights our extensive experience in plant engineering design services for the mineral industries.

Our comprehensive engineering services included:

• 3D Modelling
• Tank design
• Piping design
• Structural design

In addition, we prepared the tender documentation for the civil and mechanical works, allowing local contractors to bid for the project. This ensured a seamless project execution process.

We also fabricated and supplied key equipment for the plant, such as the PCC Slaker, Quencher, and pre-fabricated piping systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
