Edible Oil Refinery Tank Farm @ Conakry, Guinee

We provided detailed engineering design services for an Edible Oil Refinery Plant tank farm built on reclaimed land near the sea in Conakry, Guinea. This project highlights our expertise in designing comprehensive refinery infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Our project scope included the detailed engineering design of the outside battery limit (OSBL), encompassing a tank farm with 30 storage tanks of 1000m³ and 2500m³ for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized (RBD) oil, as well as extensive piping systems.

Our scope of work included:

1. Development of P&ID for OSBL, ensuring detailed and accurate process and instrumentation diagrams.
2. Design of Piping for OSBL, optimizing the layout and flow efficiency of the piping systems.
3. Design of Pipe Rack for OSBL, providing robust support and organization for the extensive piping network.
