We successfully completed the replacement of an outdated Cocoa Butter Press Machine with a new Duyvis Cocoa Butter Press, enhancing efficiency, reliability, and yield in the cocoa butter production process. The objective of this project was to modernize the cocoa butter production line and increase overall plant performance.

By installing a new Duyvis cocoa butter press, the facility achieved higher throughput, reduced maintenance downtime, and improved consistency in cocoa butter quality.

Our engineering and construction scope included:

• Removal of Existing Equipment – Dismantling and safe removal of the old press machine, hydraulic pressing system, and plinth foundation.

• Civil and Structural Works – Construction of a new reinforced plinth foundation designed to support the Duyvis press load and vibration characteristics.

• Mechanical Installation – Assembly, alignment, and commissioning of the new Duyvis Cocoa Butter Press to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

• Hydraulic System Installation – Installation of a new hydraulic pressing system customized to meet Duyvis design requirements.

• Weighing System Integration – Installation of a new cocoa liquor weighing system for accurate process control and improved production monitoring.

• Utility Piping Works – Supply and installation of steam and condensate piping with insulation to enhance thermal efficiency and process reliability.
