Quadtro Training - Project Management Essentials

Date: 15 – 16 August 2025

The Project Management Essentials program was conducted exclusively for our team project, with the aim of strengthening participants’ understanding of fundamental project management concepts and practices.

Facilitated by Mr. Yuvaraj & Mr. Suresh from MV Jaya Consultancy PLT, the two-day session guided participants to:

• Differentiate between projects and ongoing operations

• Comprehend various project management methodologies and approaches

• Apply key principles in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects

The program provided a structured platform for professional learning and practical knowledge, enabling our team members to enhance their competencies and apply effective project management techniques in current and future projects.
