Trigger Finger - MRs Physiotherapy Centre
Trigger Finger
Trigger finger, also known as stenosing tenosynovitis, is a condition characterized by the inflammation of the tendons in the fingers, causing difficulty in straightening or bending the affected finger(s). This condition often results in a clicking or locking sensation when attempting to move the finger, which can be painful and limit hand function. Trigger finger commonly occurs due to repetitive hand movements, overuse of the fingers, or underlying medical conditions such as arthritis.
We provide treatment such as massage, joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation to reduce inflammation and exercises to improve finger mobility.
