Responsibilities	-Ability to independently manage the store, overseeing daily operations, staff management, and achieving sales targets. -Strong team management and leadership skills, capable of motivating the team and enhancing employee performance. -Ability to train and develop subordinates, helping employees grow. -Strong sales awareness and goal-oriented, able to lead the team to meet sales objectives. -Good customer service awareness, able to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Excellent communication skills, able to effectively coordinate various resources and needs within and outside the store. - Ability to resolve operational issue and ensure smooth store functioning. -Ability to analyze sales data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. -Strong execution skills, ensuring company policies, sales strategies, and standard procedures are implemented. -Ability to maintain work efficiency in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. -Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to company policies or market changes quickly. -Professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with the company’s brand image. - Attention to detail with a strong service orientation and professionalism.
