How do geriatric specialists view "old age"?

I believe that people should go with the flow and do what we can and should do when we are healthy. Age is not a limitation; mindset, health, and intelligence are the biggest influences! I don't believe I am old, whether it's mentally, physically, or even in work, I shouldn't stop. I have never been in favor of retirement; even if I retire to the next stage, I will continue to work, albeit not as vigorously as before. I also advocate not waiting until retirement to travel and enjoy life; young people shouldn't always be working.

In dealing with aging, I believe exercise, healthy eating, sleep, and a positive mindset are the four cornerstones.
