Requirements	Provide financial reporting on business functions and operations. Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls, guidelines, and procedures. Monitor and achieve budget goals; make recommendations based on budget status. Assist in developing and supporting short-term and long-term financial strategies. Maintain internal assurance of revenue, costs, team, and organizational budgets, and actual expenditures. Establish financial and operational benchmarks, budgets, plan monitoring, and reporting standards.
