The Lockers are designed for closing straight or curved Pittsburgh Lock seams on ducting, creating a continuous air tight duct seam close machine closes Pittsburgh seams in straight or bent ducts in an independent roll-glide process. The sheet thickness range extends from 0.75 mm to 1.25 mm construction steel. The seam closer works conveniently and quietly; the infeed ensures continuous and tight seams. There is no need for conversion for processing of shaped and curved pieces. Adaptation to sheet thickness is automatic. On-site assembly is also possible.

With this additional bending module, the seam locker can be used as a flange bender. When used for inner radius, the outer rollers needs to be taken off. In this case, the minimum diameter of the duct could be as low as 35 cm. This module could be mounted easily.
