Migrant Repatriation Program 2.0 (PRM 2.0)

The Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM) is implementing the Migrant Repatriation Program 2.0 as a voluntary return initiative for undocumented immigrants (PATI), exempting them from prosecution, subject to the specified conditions.

 Implementation Period: 19 May 2025 – 30 April 2026

 Compound Fees:
% RM500 – Entering and staying without a valid pass or permit
 RM500 – Overstaying the permitted duration
 RM300 – Violating pass conditions
 RM20 – Special Pass fee (including children exempted from compound)

 Application Requirements:
Possession of a valid passport or travel document
A return flight ticket to the country of origin within 14 days
Must be present at any of the 14 Immigration Enforcement Division offices in Peninsular Malaysia and Labuan
Payment of compound must be made via debit/credit card or Touch 'n Go eWallet

 Not Eligible If:
 Previously registered for PRM but failed to depart
 Blacklisted or has an arrest warrant
 Spouse of a Malaysian citizen (must refer to the visa counter)
