Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, customer service, and management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Present competitive proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
