On the nose, red fruits such as raspberry come to the fore, followed by hints of wood and vanilla.
On the palate, the wine is seductive and delicious. The attack is well-fruited, with good length and plenty of freshness. The finish is elegant, with silky tannins that have already melted away.
The blend of the 2021 vintage is made up of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon 24% Merlot 21% Cabernet Franc and 8% Petit Verdot
The 2021 vintage was matured for 12 months in oak barrels, 40% of which were new.
