Responsibilities	1. Inventory Management -Keep accurate records of stock levels. -Ensure stock is correctly labeled and stored. -Perform regular stock checks to reconcile inventory with records. 2. Stock Receiving and Dispatch -Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality. -Organize and store items in designated areas. -Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time. 3. Warehouse Organization -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment. Implement proper storage procedures to prevent damage or loss. 4. Documentation and Reporting -Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, and other inventory-related documents. -Report any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the manager. 5. Coordination and Communication -Work closely with purchasing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow. -Assist in coordinating deliveries and pickups with suppliers and customers. 6. Maintenance of Equipment -Operate warehouse machinery like forklifts (if licensed). -Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition. 7. Safety Compliance -Follow health and safety regulations in the warehouse. -Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous materials, if applicable. 8. Continuous Improvement -Identify areas for process improvement in inventory management and storage efficiency.
