Responsibilities	- Efficiently run equipment and machines used in seafood processing, including cutting, sorting, packing, and sealing machines. - Inspect seafood for quality standards, removing any substandard items or contaminants. - Follow strict hygiene practices, including wearing personal protective equipment and cleaning work areas and tools regularly. - Safely load, unload, and handle seafood products in various stages of processing, ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste. - Record relevant data on product output, quality checks, and other production metrics. - Work closely with other operators, supervisors, and quality control staff to meet production targets.
