Terms and Condition

1. All rates quoted are based on 24 hours rental per day from the time the car was taken.
2. Extras hour will be charged from RM20/hour for (Sedan/Compact). RM30 for (MPV/SUV) and RM40 for (VAN/Vellfire/Alphard/4x4) 5 hours extra consider full day rental. Rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
3. The permitted area is within 200KM from Kota Kinabalu area. Additional payment rate of RM200 to RM500 and above will ber charged if it exceeds 200KM. Management has the right to charge within the permit area without prior notice.
4. Security deposit are minimum RM100 or above which subject to type of car. Security deposit will be refunded in 5 working days from the return date without any damage or summons.
5. Rates do not include any parking, fuel, summons or other incidental surcharge and hirer are responsible for any fine or compound during the rental period.
6. Insurance provided is categorized as car private insurance, The hirer is always responsible for an amount equivalent to the excess clause not exceeding as below:
   Group A(1001-1300cc) - RM2,500, Group B(1301-1500cc) - RM2,800, Group C(1501-2000cc) - RM3,500, Group D(2001 and above) - RM5,000.
7. During the rental period, hirer are responsible for damage as a result of illegal, negligence, careless action, scratch, dent, tyre punctures, burst tyre, fuel errors, lack of electricity because of forgotten turned of electrical devices, loss of damage to the vehicles accessories and damage of windows, mirror and undercarriage.
8. If the accident or damage to vehicle is cause by third party vehicle, then the hirer is responsible to get all third party detail such as vehicle registration number, driver's name and driving license number. If the claims cannot be made against third party insurance, therefore all damage will be borne by hirer subject to excess clause as mention in terms and conditions No.6.
9. Pets are not allowed in the vehicle at any time.
10. No refund for any cancellation / amendment. Any amendment date and type of car are subject to availability.
11. Any delivery will be charged depending on the area and delivery outside of working hours will also be charged.
