Started as a studio nestled in Seorae Village, a hilltop French enclave in Banpo- dong, Seoul. Creating an oasis away from the noise of the city crowd, we want you to step into the studio and immediately feel your stresses from the day melt away.

Hills Pilates Studios seek to act as an environment of tranquil refuge and personal growth for all. We hope to see through changes not only in your body but also in your mind, in your emotions and in life altogether.

We aim to create safe spaces to promote personal wellbeing and to help the community grow through the benefits of practising Pilates.
