Inspiredby a time that brings everyone together around the table, from moments of shared laughter and talk unfold to the gentle act of closing out the year, this menu transforms familiar festive comforts into creations that are unexpected yet refined. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to honour the joy of sharing and the warmth of togetherness, blending Western inspirations with a modern fusion flair unique to Annabell KL, from the first chop to the final drizzle.

• Bone Marrow – Roasted bone marrow, sea salt, house-baked focaccia
• Grilled Galician Octopus – Spanish octopus with cauliflower purée, baby spinach, highland milk corn, chimichurri and ikura.
• Malabar Red Snapper – Red Malabar snapper, miso fennel velouté, baby potatoes, courgette
