Responsibilities	independently managing daily clinical dental operations while providing high-quality dental care and ensuring excellent patient experience. Key Responsibilities * Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions. * Provide general dental treatments including scaling, fillings, extractions, dentures, root canal treatments, and preventive care. * Develop and explain treatment plans clearly to patients. * Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate dental records. * Ensure infection control, sterilization, and clinical SOP compliance. * Handle emergency dental cases when required. * Operate independently in managing patient flow and daily clinical procedures. * Collaborate with dental assistants and clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. * Maintain professionalism, ethical practice, and patient confidentiality. * Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care. * Support clinic growth through good patient communication and service quality
