  2. Cut the vegetarian duck substitute into desired pieces, such as slices or chunks.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the spice blend ingredients, such as Chinese five-spice powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté until fragrant.
