Application:

It is an instrument used to evaluate the scrub resistance of coatings. It can also evaluate the performance of any surface treated with thin film composites, such as paint, electroplating, floor, topcoat, wood density, etc. The instrument scrubs the coating applied on the standard test plate. The LCD screen clearly displays the number of washes. The scrub resistance of the coating can be evaluated according to the number of washes. This instrument is used in conjunction with national standards and is an indispensable calibration instrument for coating manufacturers and coating research departments. This product complies with CASTM, DIN, ISO, GB9266-88.

Introduction:

This product is designed based on the summary of advanced technologies of domestic and foreign models.
1. The machine adopts advanced parallel slides to keep the brush in parallel motion and constant weight during operation. It overcomes the problems of brush jamming, brush dropping and swinging of domestic models.

2. The new linear reciprocating mechanism is adopted to improve the nonlinear reciprocating motion of domestic models, so that the brushing is even in the 300mm stroke.

3. The automatic circulation soap delivery system of the water pump is adopted to reduce the work of manual continuous soap addition during operation and realize automatic control.

4. This instrument adopts 64×128 dot matrix LCD screen display, which has clear display and convenient operation. It can display dynamic information of the sensor and has data storage power-off memory function.
