Responsibilities | Administrative Support Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry. Maintain and organize company records, reports, and confidential documents. Document Management Prepare, review, and manage business documents, invoices, and reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents before submission. Basic Computer & Data Processing Perform basic data analysis and generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other office software. Assist in updating and maintaining databases and internal systems. Team Coordination & Communication Assist different departments with administrative support when needed. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders. Process & Workflow Management Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative tasks. Suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency. Other General Tasks Handle office supplies and equipment inventory. Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required. |
