A fun and interactive learning programme, CPR and First Aid Training aims to provide participants with the fundamental knowledge and abilities needed to save lives. You will be introduced to the basic concepts of Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid procedures in this thorough session, emphasising the importance of these skills in emergency situations.

Our skilled instructors will walk you through the steps of performing CPR, including chest compressions, rescue breaths, and using Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) correctly. You will have the chance to put these strategies into practise on manikins, ensuring that you develop the self-assurance and expertise needed to behave appropriately in genuine crises.

The First Aid portion of the training covers a variety of essential skills, including as treating different medical crises and caring for wounds. Choking, burns, fractures, allergic responses, and other occurrences will be covered, along with how to assess and react to them. You will learn the value of early detection and quick response during emergencies throughout the programme. We emphasise the importance of rapid actions to increase survival chances and lower the possibility of developing new difficulties. Our instructors will walk you through the theoretical components of CPR and First Aid in addition to the practical skills, giving you crucial understanding about how the human body reacts to cardiac arrest and typical medical emergencies.
