Chery is turning heads in downtown Bukit Bintang with a giant, ribboned mystery box set up in front of Starhill, next to Uniqlo, and directly opposite Pavilion. The eye-catching container invites the public to “Guess What’s Inside,” with built-in peep holes offering a shadowy glimpse of something sleek, bold, and mysterious. According to Chery Malaysia Vice President Michael Chew, this teaser is meant to create buzz and engage Malaysians from all walks of life, especially the young and dynamic, with something new and exciting that signals Chery’s growing presence in the market.



The box features ‘Chery Tiggo’ branding and the campaign hashtag #crosswonderfullife, both strong clues pointing to what’s likely inside. Recently, Chery previewed the Tiggo Cross, a compact SUV positioned below the Omoda 5, at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025. It’s available in both 1.5L turbo and hybrid versions. While Chery hasn’t officially revealed the identity of the car inside the box, all signs strongly suggest it could be the Tiggo Cross. As a bonus, anyone who correctly identifies the car will receive a special gift from Chery.
