Shell Malaysia has officially introduced the New and Improved Shell FuelSave Diesel in Peninsular Malaysia following its successful launch in East Malaysia. This upgraded formula is Shell’s most fuel-efficient diesel yet, allowing drivers to travel up to 19KM further per tank for a smoother and more cost-effective journey.



At the launch event, Seow Lee Ming, General Manager of Mobility Malaysia, emphasized Shell’s dedication to providing better value to Malaysians by continuously enhancing its products. With changes like the fuel subsidy adjustment, the New + Improved Shell FuelSave Diesel offers a practical solution, helping drivers maximize their mileage with every refill.

This improved diesel is designed to perform well in various driving conditions, whether it’s navigating the busy streets of Kuala Lumpur in a diesel car, tackling steep roads in Cameron Highlands with a 4x4, or driving through muddy rural roads in Terengganu.



Developed through over five years of research and testing by 150 dedicated scientists, this new formula delivers key benefits. It allows vehicles to travel up to 19KM further per tank, deeply cleans the engine by removing up to 65% of harmful deposits while preventing future buildup, and features a double-action additive that cleans and protects the engine for better performance.
