The BYD Seal is an additional electric vehicle that is available in Malaysia. The BYD electric vehicle, which hasn't been formally unveiled yet, is being shown off at the company's annual celebration this weekend at the Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort.
The BYD Seal is available in multiple varieties, including the AWD Performance, the Premium, and the "base" Dynamic RWD, and it was first introduced in Thailand and Singapore. The variation or variants that will be available when it launches in Malaysia have not yet been confirmed by BYD Cars Malaysia.

With a larger 82.5 kWh LFP battery with a range of 570 km (650 km NEDC), the BYD Seal Premium is a step forward in functionality. A sprint from zero to one hundred kilometers per hour (or 5.9 seconds) is possible with the battery boosting the motor's power on the rear axle to 230 kW (313 hp) and 360 Nm.

Moreover, the AWD Performance variation, which has a dual-motor all-wheel drive (AWD) configuration, is the most expensive model in the lineup. Its system produces 670 Nm and 530 horsepower. The AWD Performance can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, and its 82.5 kWh battery pack allows it to go up to 520 miles (580 km NEDC) of road mileage.

About the size of a Tesla Model 3 or BMW i4, the BYD Seal is an electric car. Unlike the BMW i4 Gran Coupe, it is a sedan and has a separate boot area. The BYD Seal might be a competitive alternative to the Tesla Model 3 in Malaysia, given the right price.
Each model of the BYD Seal has a different performance and EV number. As for the Dynamic RWD's lower end, it has a single 150 kW (203 horsepower) and 310 Nm electric motor mounted on the rear axle. A sprint time of 7.5 seconds for the century is the outcome. Up to 460 kilometers (WLTP) of range can be achieved by the Dynamic RWD thanks to its 61.4 kWh LFP blade battery.

Finally, the AWD Performance variation, which has a dual-motor all-wheel drive (AWD) configuration, is the most expensive model in the lineup. Its system produces 670 Nm and 530 horsepower. The AWD Performance can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, and its 82.5 kWh battery pack allows it to go up to 520 miles (580 km NEDC) of road mileage.
The Dynamic RWD has a maximum DC charging rate of 110 kW, while the Premium and Performance have a maximum DC charging rate of 150 kW. All models have a maximum 7 kW cap on AC charging. Additionally, the vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability comes standard with the BYD Seal.

With a large central screen and a smaller one for the digital instrument cluster, the interior of the BYD Seal is designed in a similar manner to the Atto 3 and Dolphin. The theme of the cabin is also oceanic. The BYD Seal is currently available for public preview, and a formal debut in Malaysia is anticipated shortly.
