The new Suzuki Swift Sport Silver Edition, which is exclusively offered for the Malaysian market and is totally imported (CBU), has been formally introduced by Naza Eastern Motors. The Silver Edition of the Swift Sport has the same price tag as the standard model (RM145,900 on-the-road without insurance), but it has sportier stylistic elements and a marginally better kit list.

To begin with, the vehicle's sides and bonnet are decorated with black decals, and the big front grille is bordered by a vivid red accent. Additionally completed in carbon fiber are the side mirror caps, rear spoiler, and rear door handles (as well as the surround trim). These elements are further enhanced by the "Akrapovic" exhausts, which also have finishers made of the same material. Additionally exclusive to the appropriately called Silver Edition, the Premium Silver Metallic is not available for the standard version.





Along with the red-accented floor mats, the inside features additional carbon-fibre trim on the door cards, air conditioning controls, and dashboard. Additionally, there is a larger 10-inch Soundstream touchscreen head unit with capability for both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto than the 7-inch unit found on the standard Swift Sport.


Apart from the upgraded head unit and aesthetic changes, the Silver Edition maintains its traditional features. The K14C 1.4-liter turbocharged inline-four petrol engine produces 140 horsepower and 230 Nm of torque. The front wheels are driven by a six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters when used in conjunction with a Boosterjet mill. With this configuration, you can reach a high speed of 205 km/h and a 0-100 km/h time of eight seconds.




Along with the LED projector headlamps, there are halogen front fog lamps, six speakers, an infotainment cluster display, automatic air conditioning, six airbags, ABS, emergency brake assist, EBD, ESP, hill hold assist, and 16-inch alloy wheels. Keyless entry and engine start are also included. Three years or 100,000 kilometers is the factory warranty.
