After recently signing a Certificate of Mass Production with Inokom Corporation Sdn Bhd for the local assembly of the three-row SUV, Sime Darby Hyundai Integrated Sdn Bhd will shortly introduce the CKD version of the brand-new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe facelift in Malaysia.
At Inokom's production facility in Kulim, Kedah, the updated fourth-generation Santa Fe will be locally put together.

The Hyundai Santa Fe facelift of 2023 is supported by a new N3 platform and features minor size adjustments. The updated SUV has dimensions of 4,785 mm (+15 mm) in length, 1,900 mm (+10 mm) in width, and 1,685 mm (+5 mm) in height. The wheelbase is still 2,765 mm.




The new Santa Fe's design is more eye-catching due to the revamped front grille that highlights the car's breadth, new headlight enclosures, cleaner front bumper with chunky satin silver trim, and new daytime running lights with vertical features. The LED tail lights and a redesigned bumper with an expanded reflector strip are now connected by a sleek lit bar that is visible at the end.

The 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe facelift CKD's interior highlights include:

The SUV's engine options are either a 2.5-liter normally aspirated gasoline engine with a maximum output of 180 PS and 232 Nm or a 2.2-liter turbodiesel engine with a maximum output of 202 PS and 441 Nm.

It should be mentioned that Hyundai introduced the brand-new Santa Fe SUV in July of this year for the international market. In terms of design and equipment, the newest model exhibits a significant change from the fourth-gen version.
