A new Toyota MY application is being released, according to UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT). The app, which is compatible with both iOS and Android devices, combines the functionality of the Toyota Drive and Toyota 24Seven apps into a single platform.
Toyota owners can now easily access important information about their vehicles, schedule service appointments, view their Loyal-T membership points, request 24Seven roadside assistance, and find nearby Toyota outlets thanks to the integration of functionality from previous Toyota apps into a single, user-friendly interface.
The Toyota MY app not only has useful features, but it also acts as a focal point for the most recent brand-related news and promotions. It will serve as UMWT's main digital platform for rolling out updates and new features.
Before, Toyota owners had to download two separate apps: the Toyota Drive app, which was released in 2017, and the Toyota 24Seven app. After the release of the Toyota MY app, the Toyota Drive and Toyota 24Seven applications will gradually disappear.
Customers who currently use Toyota Drive just need to update the app for it to transition to the new Toyota MY app. They can use their current registered email address to log into Toyota MY after a brief and simple setup process. When purchasing a vehicle, new Toyota customers are urged to register their information at their favorite Toyota shop in order to speed up the account setup process.
