New colors have been added to the Perodua Myvi's color bank. Previously available just for the AV variation of the hatchback's 1.5 X trim, Cranberry red is now available on both trim levels. As of right now, Lava Red is no longer an option.
There will be no longer be a Lava Red option available on even the 1.3 G model. So you'll need to pay more for the better spec 1.5-litre models if you want a brand-new Myvi dressed in red.

In case you're unsure, although coming from the same color family, the colors Lava Red and Cranberry Red couldn't be more dissimilar from one another. Compared to the paler-looking Lava Red, Cranberry Red has a deeper tone and greater depth.
The top three models of the 2021 Perodua Myvi facelift (X, H, and AV) are powered by a 1.5-liter 4-cylinder Dual VVT-i petrol engine mated to a D-CVT transmission. The 1.3-liter Dual VVT-i engine and identical D-CVT transmission are only available in the entry-level G version. The hatchback's prices range from RM46,500 to RM59,900 (on-the-road, uninsured).

The 2021 Perodua Myvi facelift's main improvement over its predecessor, aside from its revised aesthetics, is its safety features. The base 1.3 G model can also be upgraded optionally to include the Advanced Safety Assist (ASA) 3.0 ADAS technology, which is available across the entire range. Pre-collision warning (PCW) with pedestrian and cyclist detection, pre-collision braking (PCB), and lane departure warning (LDW) are some of the elements in the safety suite.
The top-of-the-line AV model also includes level 2 autonomous driving capabilities. This includes the blind spot monitoring system, adaptive cruise control (ACC), lane keep control (LKC), and rear cross-traffic alert (RCTA).
