Argentina inaugurates Milei as new president

Javier Milei took the oath as Argentina's new president on Sunday and wasted no time telling his people they will face tough times ahead as he employs "shock" measures to fix the economy. The political outsider said in his inaugural address that past presidents had put the country on the path to hyperinflation.
