Responsibilities	- Coordinate at work on site, ensuring effective implementation and timely completion of project. - Evaluating the performance of site workers and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. - Perform Tool Box Meeting & Safety Training for site workers. -Monitor the progress of project and ensure site worker follow the job scope required between company and clients. - Provide work schedule and work progress report to clients. - Maintain good relationship with clients and site worker to provide best service and quality work. -Attend site meeting, prepare documentation and record meeting details. - Dealing with worker for any off site fabricates design, material and others before install at site. - Delivery & handover DO with client upon job completion include follow up DO status. - Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency. - Bring subcontractor /supplier /other for site visit and explain job scope to get quotation for office. - Any ad hoc job from time to time
