Responsibilities	*Collaborate with project managers and team to create detailed project schedules, outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines for various phases of the project. *Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and other relevant records. Prepare progress reports, status updates, and other project-related documents for internal and external *Attend site visit and effective communication among project team members, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers. Ensure that everyone is informed about project goals, timelines, and any changes. *Assist in managing project resources, such as materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure that they are allocated efficiently and in alignment with project requirements. *Monitoring project costs and expenses against the allocated budget. *Liaise with on-site personnel to ensure that construction activities are progressing according to the schedule and safety standards *Identify challenges and obstacles that may arise during the project and work with the team to find solutions and keep the project on track.
