Sr Vicky How, a Valuer by profession, began her real estate career and investment journey more than 18 years ago. She was actively involved with the sale and leasing of commercial and residential properties, has experience working for a listed Property Development company and MNC Real Estate consultancy services.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Masters in Finance from the United Kingdom. She is currently pursuing a Doctor Of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Built Environment from University Malaya.
As a businesswoman and her passion in real estate, Sr Vicky How owns and operates a Real Estate Agency & Valuation firm (Propedia Consultancy), a Property Management firm (Propedia Management) and a Real Estate Investment academy (Propedia Academy).

SR Vicky How currently holds a growing diversified residential and commercial property portfolio worth RM58 million both locally and overseas combined and has spoken and taught on multiple platforms around the region.

She has been awarded The Golden Phoenix Entrepreneur Award (2016), Elegante International Business Award (2017),  The Most Outstanding Agent (2018) by StarProperty Malaysia and The Queen Of Real Estate (2019) by StarProperty Malaysia.
