EYBELIS-S Ophthalmic Solution 0.002% contains 0.002% omidenepag isopropyl, which is a synthetic non-prostanoid agonist of the prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) receptor (subtype 2, EP2). Activation of the EP2 receptor helps reduce intraocular pressure by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor through the uveoscleral pathway.
Indications:

• Open-Angle Glaucoma: Treatment of patients with open-angle glaucoma to reduce elevated intraocular pressure.
• Ocular Hypertension: Treatment of patients with ocular hypertension to lower the risk of developing glaucoma.

Instructions:

1. Administration: Instill one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily.
2. Dosage: The recommended dose is one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily.
3. Timing: Take it at the same time each day to help you remember.
4. Monitoring: Regular monitoring of intraocular pressure and other eye-related parameters is essential.
