Padcev 20mg Powder for Concentrate for Solution for Infusion contains 20 mg of enfortumab vedotin, which is a monoclonal antibody-drug conjugate used to treat certain types of cancer.
Indications:

• Urothelial Cancer: Treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer who have previously received a platinum-containing chemotherapy and a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) or programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitor.
• First-Line Treatment: In combination with pembrolizumab, it is used for the first-line treatment of adult patients with unresectable or metastatic urothelial cancer who are eligible for platinum-containing chemotherapy.

Instructions:

1. Administration: Administered as an intravenous infusion over 30 minutes.
2. Dosage: The recommended dose is 1.25 mg/kg (up to a maximum of 125 mg) administered on Days 1, 8, and 15 of a 28-day cycle until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
3. Timing: Take it at the same time each day to help you remember.
4. Monitoring: Regular monitoring of blood counts and other parameters is essential.
