Indication:
BESREMi is indicated for the treatment of adults with polycythemia vera (PV), a condition characterized by an abnormal increase in red blood cells.
Instructions:

1. Preparation:
   • Gather supplies and check the prefilled syringe.
   • Do not shake the syringe.
2. Administration:
   • Inject subcutaneously (under the skin) in the lower abdomen, at least 2 inches away from the belly button.
   • Rotate the injection site for each dose.
   • The recommended starting dose is 100 micrograms every two weeks, which can be increased gradually up to 500 micrograms.
3. Monitoring:
   • Regular blood tests are required to monitor hematological parameters.
   • Watch for signs of depression, autoimmune disorders, and cardiovascular issues
