Responsibilities	- Identifying, managing and acquiring new sales lead - Providing professional advice on interior design and material specification based on clients’ needs - Preparing, presenting and developing preliminary proposals (Mood board, layout plan and quotation) to clients based on their requirements - Communicating with all parties to ensure smooth work progress and completion of ongoing projects - Working closely with team members to support potential projects from conceptual design to presentation and site visit (onsite consultation, site survey and site measurement) - Responsible for project deliverables and meeting overall project design schedules - Following up on sales prospects, payment collection and after sales

Requirements	- A minimum of Diploma qualification in Interior or Architectural Design - Proficient in Photoshop and AutoCAD - 2 years relevant working experience in interior or architectural design - Excellent communication skills and able to display a high level of customer relation service and professionalism engaging with clients - Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin languages - Able to work independently and in a team - Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
