Homewise Construction (Melaka) Sdn.Bhd was incorporated on 29 December 2014 with an authorised and paid up capital of RM 25 million and RM 6.5 million respectively. The principal activity of the company is involved in housing development. We are currently developing 546 units of single storey terrace house for Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM) in Bandar Jasin Bestari Fasa V.
The company is principally managed by Mej (K) Datuk Wira Tai Chee Ming who has more than 15 years of experience in real estate business.Datuk Wira Tai's vision is to build up more affordable housing scheme comprising of 'Rumah Melaka' traditional house. A unique feature of the Melaka Malay Kampung (village) house is its concrete and attractively-tiled front stair way.
