MSITECH offers solutions through sourcing, marketing, sales, distribution, after-sales service, and the provision of engineering solutions for QA/QC, analytical instruments, inspection & testing equipment. We provide solutions in Metal Industries, Chemical, and Microanalysis, Laboratory Solutions, Food and beverage, Material Sciences, Oil and gas Industries, R&D, and Electronics & Semiconductor industries. Our operation covers Malaysia and Brunei.

Key Management Personnel:
General Manager & Service Manager: Mr Loo LT
Mr. Loo is the Founder and General Manager of MSI Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, established in 2004. He provides strategic leadership in driving the company’s growth, technical excellence, and regional expansion across Southeast Asia. In his concurrent role as service manager and Radiation Protection Officer (RPO), he ensures the highest standards of operational performance, regulatory compliance, and safety in the deployment of advanced analytical technologies.
Under his stewardship, MSI Technologies has established itself as a trusted partner in analytical and material analysis solutions, representing a comprehensive portfolio that includes OES, EDXRF, handheld elemental analyzers, NMR/MRI, and advanced microscopy systems. He continues to champion technical capability development and talent building, strengthening the company’s position as a leading service and application support provider in the region.
Mr. Loo holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physics with Electronics and has more than 27 years of experience in this field. He has been an AELB-certified Radiation Protection Officer for more than 25 years and a Bruker-certified handheld XRF repair specialist, reflecting his strong technical foundation and commitment to excellence in both leadership and practice.
Operation Manager: Mr Lo TY
Mr. Lo is the Operations Manager and Director of MSI Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, where he has driven the company’s growth since 2006. He oversees sales, business development, application support, and training across a broad range of advanced scientific instruments, including XRF, OES spectrometers, elemental analyzers, microscopy systems, and NMR/MRI technologies. His leadership has expanded the company’s presence across key industries such as metallurgy, oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, cement, and academia. A strong advocate of capability building, he has developed comprehensive technical and commercial training programs covering instrument operation, applications, solution selling, and customer engagement, while also fostering strategic partnerships with global principals.
Prior to MSI Technologies, he held engineering and project management roles, including leading R&D in water treatment systems focused on efficiency improvements through advanced control and ozone technologies. In the beginning of his career, he was a service engineer supporting medical imaging systems such as X-ray, CT, and MRI.
He holds a B.Sc (Hons) & Master’s degree in Engineering (Communication & Computer) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is a registered Professional Technologist with MBOT, a life member of the Malaysian Institute of Physics (IFM), and certified in advanced NLP sales methodologies, reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development.
