The Group is primarily engaged in the construction and property development industries with three key engines of growth, namely construction, property development & management, and manufacturing & trading.  The major activities in the Construction sector include civil, infrastructure and building construction works.  In Property Development, the Group plays an active role in both public and private projects, undertaking developments comprising landed, low-rise and high-rise residential units, commercial suites, landmark buildings, universities, hospitals, and commercial malls, as well as acts as the project manager for a number of key residential & commercial developments. The Manufacturing & Trading segment of the Group mainly focuses in manufacturing and supply of ready-mixed concrete.
