Founded in 2020, Shake and Bake is a full-fledged cafe specializes in a wide array of pastry such as cakes, bread, and western dessert as well as indulgent drinks like milk tea and coffee. We are also the first flagship store of Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe - a behemoth homegrown bakery chain owned by a Malaysian Chinese in the United States that also prides on baking artisan bread with love and passion.

Adopting American baking technology and fusing it with Asia's cultural melting pot, we are a one-of-a-kind bakery that stands out from our equals, be it the ingredients, flavors, or texture of our bakes. We are not a run-of-the-mill bakery that operates a business only for the sake of making money but because we love baking and we want to serve you the best pastry in town, and perhaps beyond.

Our enthusiasm for baking further expands in our team through fostering an energetic and young working culture. In fact, almost most of us are either millennials or Gen Z. Not only we were given the chance to stay afloat against this pandemic, but we also believe that the youth plays an important role in propelling the nation ahead.
