Our Technical Service Protocol
We service each stage of the filtration stack to ensure the system hits its design Air Change Rate (ACR).
1. Stage 1: Mechanical Pre-Filter Service
The pre-filters (G4 or MERV 8) capture large grease particles to protect the more expensive downstream components.

2. Stage 2: ESP Cell Chemical Deep Cleaning

The Process: We remove the internal cells and perform a specialized chemical soak to strip away baked-on grease from the ionizing wires and collection plates.

Electrical Audit: We inspect the high-voltage insulators for "tracking" or cracks that cause the control panel to fault.
3. Stage 3: Activated Carbon Adsorption Test
The carbon stage is responsible for total odor neutralization.
