The Challenge
As the national printer for Malaysia, PNMB operates a high-security facility where precise temperature and humidity control are critical. New Compressor Installation: We removed the defective unit and installed a high-reliability replacement. This required expert copper pipe brazing to ensure the joints could withstand the high-pressure and high-vibration environment of a commercial HVAC system.

Hand Valve Integration: Beyond just a repair, we improved the system's design by installing a manual hand valve (isolation valve).

The Benefit: This valve allows future technicians to isolate the refrigerant circuit. This means future maintenance or minor repairs can be done without discharging the entire refrigerant charge, saving the client time and money on future service calls.

Validation & Commissioning: We performed a deep vacuum to remove all moisture and non-condensables from the lines. Following this, the system was recharged to exact specifications and tested to ensure the new compressor was operating at peak efficiency.
